Shortstop Chris Taylor of the Seattle Mariners has been diagnosed with a fracture of the triquetrum bone in his right wrist, the team reported on Saturday in Peoria, Ariz.
Taylor, who was hit on the wrist by a pitch from Jim Henderson during the sixth inning of Friday’s game against the Milwaukee Brewers, is expected to have the wrist in a brace for four to six weeks.
