PLAYERS TO WATCH
–RB Jermar Jefferson, held to 58 yards against USC, is still tied for third nationally (and tops among freshmen) with 1,092 yards. Jefferson needs 162 yards to break Oregon State’s true freshman rushing record.
–QB Jake Luton has thrown for 611 yards and four touchdowns on 59-of-84 passing since returning from injury two weeks ago. The senior has just one interception in 129 pass attempts in 2018.
SERIES HISTORY: Oregon State is 25-56-3 all-time against Stanford, having lost the past eight meetings. The Beavers’ last win against the Cardinal came in 2009 and they haven’t won in Palo Alto since 2006.
