NOV 5 MOUNTAIN WEST OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: DARWIN THOMPSON, UTAH STATE, Junior, Running Back, Tulsa, Oklahoma/Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College …In Utah State’s 56-17 victory at Hawai‘i on Saturday, ran the ball 13 times for 141 yards and three touchdowns…Also hauled in two receptions for 37 yards, ultimately racking up a game-high 178 yards of all-purpose yardage…Scored on runs of 1, 1 and 26 yards, respectively…On his 26-yard touchdown run in the third quarter, broke seven tackles on his way to the end zone…Led an Aggies offense that rushed for 426 yards and seven touchdowns against the Rainbow Warriors…The Aggies are 8-1 and ranked No. 14 in the AP Top 25 and No. 16 in the Amway Coaches’ Poll.
