LilJordan Humphrey – Noteworthy
WR Lil’Jordan Humphrey caught a career-high nine passes for a career-high 133 yards and a touchdown in the OU game. He now has 981 career receiving yards. It was Humphrey’s third career 100-yard game. He also threw his first career touchdown pass on the Longhorns’ opening drive, connecting with WR Collin Johnson.
Sam Ehlinger – Noteworthy
QB Sam Ehlinger had his sixth-straight 200-yard game to open the season, joining Colt McCoy (8, 2007), Major Applewhite (11, 1999), and Peter Gardere (7, 1992) as the only other QBs to do that in school history. Ehlinger has passed for at least 200 yards in all 12 career starts. It was his second career 300-yard game. His 12th career 200-yard game ties him with Vince Young for seventh-most in school history.
