*Tyvis Powell – Noteworthy – Transaction
DB Tyvis Powell was once again promoted from the practice squad after the 49ers released QB Tom Savage. Powell was promoted from the 49ers practice squad to the active roster on Sept. 22 and has appeared in two games while registering one tackle on special teams. San Francisco released Powell on Oct. 6 but re-signed him to the practice squad three days later.
