Pierre Garcon – Noteworthy – Injury
WR Pierre Garcon will have arthroscopic knee surgery on Tuesday and will be placed on season-ending injured reserve, coach Kyle Shanahan said. Garcon has been sidelined since San Francisco’s 34-3 win against the Oakland Raiders on Nov. 1.
