QB Ben Roethlisberger was named theAFC Offensive Player of the Week, the NFL announced on Wednesday. Roethlisberger completed 30 of 38 passes for 353 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in the Steelers’ 30-27 win over the Buccaneers on Monday night. The 36-year-old has received the AFC Offensive Player of the Week on 16 occasions during his NFL career.

OL Marcus Gilbert, who missed the Buccaneers game with a hamstring injury, was a full participant in practice on Wednesday.

CB Mike Hilton, who hyper-extended his elbow against the Buccaneers, did not practice in Wednesday. His arm was in a sling.

S Morgan Burnett, who missed the Buccaneers game with a groin injury, was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice.
Vance McDonald – Noteworthy – Injury
TE Vance McDonald is healthy, and the Steelers have another weapon for their offense.
McDonald missed the opener against Cleveland with a foot injury, but he has seven receptions for 138 yards over the last two games, including 112 yards and a touchdown in the 30-27 victory over the Buccaneers.
