WR Antonio Brown, who failed to show up for work at the team facility on Monday, was back at practice on Wednesday.
Agent Drew Rosenhaus came to Brown’s defense on Tuesday by saying that the wideout had to deal with a personal matter.

WR Antonio Brown has been held to fewer than 100 yards in each of the first two games. Brown is not happy with his role in the offense despite an NFL-high 33 targets.
Look for the Steelers to design a few more plays for Brown to take advantage of his big-play ability.
Ben Roethlisberger – Noteworthy
QB Ben Roethlisberger downplayed the drama surrounding Antonio Brown on Wednesday, telling reporters that he talked to the star wideout and attributed his frustration to the team’s sluggish start to the season. Roethlisberger said he talked “a little bit” with Brown and said that the Steelers’ 0-1-1 start to the regular season is fueling the wide receiver’s frustration. “I think that he’s the best in the world,” Roethlisberger told reporters said on Wednesday. “When you’re the best in the world, you want to help participate, you want to help win football games. And we’re all frustrated because we’re not winning right now.”
David DeCastro – Noteworthy – Injury
OL David DeCastro, who missed the Chiefs game with a hand injury, attempted to practice Wednesday, but left early.
Jesse James – Noteworthy
TE Jesse James is off to a good start in a contract year. James, a fifth-round pick in 2015, has 198 receiving yards and a touchdown in the first two games.
He caught five passes for a career-high 138 yards against the Chiefs.
Joe Haden – Noteworthy – Injury
CB Joe Haden, who missed the Chiefs game because of a hamstring injury, returned to practice and is expected to play against the Buccaneers.

OL Marcus Gilbert is dealing with a hamstring injury and did not practice on Wednesday.
