Oregon State player notes for Sep 25th, 2018

Jake Luton – Noteworthy – Injury
QB Jake Luton missed last week’s game because of an ankle injury suffered at Nevada. Coach Jonathan Smith is “hopeful” he’ll return for the Arizona State game and give the Beavers the two-headed passing attack that helped them throw for a combined 748 yards against Southern Utah and Nevada.

Jermar Jefferson – Noteworthy
RB Jermar Jefferson was held to a season-low 4.32 yards per carry against Arizona but still remains among the most productive freshman rushers in the country. He’s averaging 118.3 yards per game and 6.39 yards per carry.

Noah Togiai – Noteworthy
TE Noah Togiai made his season debut against Arizona after missing the first three games with a knee injury, but he did not have any stats. Coach Jonathan Smith said the junior, OSU’s leading receiver in 2017, looked “rusty.”
