New York Jets player notes for Oct 21st, 2018

Terrelle Pryor – Noteworthy – Transaction
WR Terrelle Pryor, a former quarterback at Ohio State, has been released by the New York Jets. The Jets have also ruled out wide receiver Quincy Enunwa for Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings due to a high ankle sprain. Enunwa is expected to miss three to four weeks. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Pryor was expected to miss at least two weeks anyway due to a tear in his groin, but said the Jets would be interested in bringing him back when he’s healthy. Pryor, who was listed as doubtful for Sunday’s matchup, had a season-high five receptions for 57 yards and a touchdown in last week’s win over Indianapolis — his second straight game with a score. For the season, Pryor has 14 catches for 235 yards and the two touchdowns. He signed a one-year contract with New York in March.
