New York Giants player notes for Oct 8th, 2018

Odell Beckham Jr. – Important
WR Odell Beckham Jr. isn’t too pleased with the team’s passing attack. Beckham, in fact, didn’t rule out that Eli Manning was holding the Giants back when asked in an ESPN interview if the team had a quarterback problem. “I don’t know,” Beckham said. “Like I said, I feel like he’s not going to get out the pocket. He’s not — we know Eli’s not running it. But is it a matter of time issue? Can he still throw it, yeah, but it’s been pretty safe and it’s been, you know … cool catching shallow (routes) and trying to take it to the house. But I’m, you know, I want to go over the top of somebody.”

Stacy Coley – Noteworthy – Injury – Transaction
WR Stacy Coley was placed on reserve/injured by the Giants Saturday (Oct. 6). He is eligible to be designated for return and begin practicing after missing at least six weeks and can play after eight weeks.

Odell Beckham Jr. – Noteworthy
