LB Dont’a Hightower was named the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week after blocking a punt that was recovered by fellow linebacker Kyle Van Noy for a touchdown in Sunday’s 38-31 win over the Chicago Bears.

CB Duke Dawson was designated for return from reserve/injured by the Patriots Wednesday (Oct. 24). He is eligible to be activated to play in two weeks, but can practice for a maximum of 21 days.
