Noah Vedral – Noteworthy
QB Noah Vedral was granted immediate eligibility by the NCAA on Friday. Vedral, a transfer from Central Florida, will be in uniform for Saturday’s game at Northwestern, the Omaha-World-Herald reported Saturday morning. A school spokesman confirmed to the newspaper that the NCAA granted the waiver request for Vedral, who had been expected to sit out this season, per transfer rules.
