SEPT 17 SEC FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK: Jalen Knox, WR, Missouri…True freshman wideout stepped up for the injured Emanuel Hall and delivered in a big way, as he caught 5 passes for 110 yards (both career highs) and his first collegiate touchdown, in helping Mizzou to a big 40-37 road win at Purdue Saturday evening…His score came on a beautiful skinny post route that he caught in stride from QB Drew Lock early in the second quarter that he took untouched for a 59-yard TD which put the Tigers on top, 20-10…Knox’s output marked only the 5th time in program history that a true freshman has had a 100-yard receiving game. – SEC Football
