Elgton Jenkins – Noteworthy
SEPT 17 SEC OFFENSIVE LINEMAN OF THE WEEK: Elgton Jenkins, C, Mississippi State…Jenkins did not allow any QB pressures as MSU’s offense racked up 607 yards of total offense in a 56-10 win over Louisiana-Lafayette…The Bulldogs amassed 331 yards rushing and averaged 8.5 yards per play…According to Pro Football Focus, Jenkins has only allowed 1 hurry this entire season on 84 total pass blocks. – SEC Football

Kylin Hill – Noteworthy
SEPT 10 SEC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Kylin Hill, RB, Mississippi State…Hill led all SEC running backs in Week 2 with a career-best 211 rushing yards on 17 carries (12.4 avg), and he accounted for a career-best three touchdowns – two rushing and one receiving – in No. 18 Mississippi State’s road win at Kansas State…His 200-yard game on the ground was the ninth in Bulldog history and the first by an MSU running back since Anthony Dixon (252) did it against Kentucky on Oct. 31, 2009. Hill’s 227 all-purpose yards were more than Kansas State’s entire team, which finished with 213 yards of total offense…Hill’s 200-yard rushing game was the first by an opponent against Kansas State since Nov. 14, 2015. Hill recorded touchdowns of 16-, 28- and 16-, and he had a 52-yard long rush. Both of Hill’s receptions this season have gone for touchdowns, and he leads the SEC with five total touchdowns so far this season. – SEC Football

Montez Sweat – Noteworthy
SEPT 10 SEC DEFENSIVE LINEMAN OF THE WEEK: Montez Sweat, DE, Mississippi State…Sweat continued his dominant play, registering three tackles, two tackles for loss and one sack in No. 18 Mississippi State’s road win at Kansas State…Sweat, who is tied for the SEC lead in sacks (3) and tackles for loss (5.5), moved into 10th place in MSU career history in sacks with 14.5. He’s achieved that in just 15 games…Bulldogs held Kansas State to 213 yards of total offense, representing the Wildcats fewest since putting up 110 against Oklahoma on Oct. 17, 2015…Has collected at least one tackle for loss in 10 out of his last 11 games and he has produced at least 0.5 sacks in five straight games dating back to last season. – SEC Football
