Miami Dolphins player notes for Oct 22nd, 2018

Albert Wilson – Noteworthy
WR Albert Wilson suffered a leg injury in the second quarter. The injury could sideline Wilson, who has 26 receptions for 391 yards and four touchdowns, for some time, but coach Scott Gase did not want to speculate. “I’m not sure yet, but there’s a lot of guys at the end of the game who were trying to make stuff up and figure out a way to get back in the game.”

Brock Osweiler – Noteworthy
QB Brock Osweiler, playing for the injured Ryan Tannehill, was a pedestrian 22 of 31 for 239 yards and two touchdowns. He did not commit a turnover.

DeVante Parker – Noteworthy
WR DeVante Parker could be on the trade block after he was a surprise inactive for Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions. A former first-round pick, Parker was listed as a full participant in practice every day this week. The 25-year-old has been dealing with a quad injury that caused him to miss a pair of games earlier this season. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported the Dolphins want at least a third-round draft pick in exchange for Parker. The trade deadline is Oct. 30.

Ryan Tannehill – Noteworthy – Injury
QB Ryan Tannehill is expected to miss a third consecutive game as the Miami Dolphins face a short week with a game against the Houston Texans, according to a published report. NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported that Tannehill is expected to sit out Thursday’s contest due to his right shoulder injury. Per Rapoport, the Dolphins are uncertain as to when the 30-year-old will return as he deals with an issue involving his range of motion.
