A.J. Cann – Noteworthy – Injury
OG A.J. Cann was limited in his work on Wednesday due to a triceps injury. Cann missed the Tennessee game due to his injury.
Brandon Linder – Noteworthy – Injury
C Brandon Linder sat out Wednesday’s practice to rest his knees. Linder has rested the previous two Wednesdays as well but then returns to practice on Thursday and Friday.
D.J. Chark Jr. – Noteworthy
WR DJ Chark continues to be a non-factor in the Jaguars offensive plans. Chark was targeted just one time in the Titans game with the ball going off his fingertips. He’s now been targeted five times in three games and has just one catch for 13 yards but then he fumbled the ball away against New England.
D.J. Hayden – Noteworthy – Injury
CB D.J. Hayden did not practice Wednesday due to a toe (sprain) injury. Hayden missed last week’s game against Tennessee.
Josh Lambo – Noteworthy
PK Josh Lambo has made 100 percent of his field goal attempts at TIAA Bank Stadium (15 of 15). He has also made 16 consecutive FGs, tied for the third-longest consecutive mad FGs streak in franchise history.
Keelan Cole – Noteworthy
WR Keelan Cole has recorded 958 receiving yards since entering the NFL as an undrafted rookie in 2017. His yardage total in that span ranks second among undrafted wide receivers (Vikings WR Adam Thielein) and third among receivers with two years or less of experience, trailing Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster and Rams WR Cooper Kupp.
Leonard Fournette – Noteworthy
RB Leonard Fournette was at practice but was limited in his activity due to the hamstring injury that has kept him out of the last two games.
Logan Cooke – Noteworthy
P Logan Cooke showed good consistency last Sunday with four punts of between 45 and 52 yards with two of his six punts landing inside the 20. “I think he has been really good inside the 20 (but) I think he has to do a better job of flipping the field. I think he would be the first one to tell you that,” said Jaguars coach Doug Marrone.
Malik Jackson – Noteworthy
DT Malik Jackson has appeared in 93 consecutive games and started 53 in a row. Jackson’s streak of consecutive games played ranks second among NFL defensive tackles (L.A. Rams DT Ndamukong Suh, 102) while his streak of 53 consecutive starts ranks fourth.
T.J. Yeldon – Noteworthy – Injury
RB T.J. Yeldon didn’t practice on Wednesday due to an ankle injury. Even if Yeldon returns to practice the next two days, he’s likely to be questionable for Sunday’s game against the Jets. Yeldon leads the team in rushing with 153 yards.
