Calais Campbell – Noteworthy
DE Calais Campbell was limited in Wednesday’s practice with an ankle injury.

D.J. Chark Jr. – Noteworthy – Injury
WR DJ Chark Jr. who missed last week’s game due to a quadriceps injury, remained out and missed Wednesday’s practice.

Jalen Ramsey – Noteworthy – Injury
CB Jalen Ramsey did not practice on Wednesday due to a knee injury. It’s an injury that has hampered Ramsey for several weeks now.

Jermey Parnell – Noteworthy
RT Jermey Parnell who will become the only starter on the offensive line to have started all 12 games come this Sunday, practiced on a limited basis on Wednesday due to a knee injury.

Josh Walker – Noteworthy – Injury
T Josh Walker, who has missed the last two games with a foot/ankle injury, returned to practice on a limited basis on Wednesday.

Leonard Fournette – Important
RB Leonard Fournette lost the appeal of his one-game suspension and will sit out this weekend’s game against the Indianapolis Colts, the league announced on Wednesday. Fournette was suspended without pay following his ejection for fighting with Buffalo Bills defensive end Shaq Lawson on Sunday. The league said that Fournette violated its unsportsmanlike conduct and unnecessary roughness rules during the Jaguars’ 24-21 setback to the Bills. Fournette’s appeal was heard Tuesday by appeals officer James Thrash, a former NFL player jointly appointed by the league and the players’ union. The 23-year-old Fournette will miss practices and team meetings this week as well as the game, but is eligible to return to the team on Dec. 3.

Marcell Dareus – Noteworthy – Injury
DT Marcell Dareus, who missed last week’s game against Buffalo, practiced Wednesday on a limited basis.

Tashaun Gipson – Noteworthy – Injury
FS Tashaun Gipson Sr. was held out of Wednesday’s practice due to an ankle injury.
