Aaron Rodgers – Noteworthy – Injury
QB Aaron Rodgers (knee) was limited to rehab work with the other injured players Thursday, but is expected to play in Monday night’s game at the San Francisco 49ers. Rodgers hurt his knee in the season opener versus Chicago and has typically not practiced until late in the week. He has yet to miss a game and has thrown for 1,572 yards with 10 touchdowns versus one interception.

QB Aaron Rodgers “is playing through a whole lot” of injuries beyond the injured left knee, head coach Mike McCarthy said. He did not practice on Thursday. Rodgers has been sacked 16 times and Green Bay is No. 24 in sack percentage. He wore a lighter brace on the knee vs. Detroit and hopes to again this week.
Bashaud Breeland – Noteworthy – Injury
CB Bashaud Breeland (hamstring) was inactive Sunday, but practiced Thursday.
Geronimo Allison – Noteworthy – Injury
WRs Geronimo Allison (concussion/hamstring) and Randall Cobb (hamstring) did not play against Detroit and were limited participation on Thursday.
Geronimo Allison – Important – Injury
WR Geronimo Allison returned to practice on Thursday on a limited basis. Allison was cleared from the NFL’s concussion protocol but he has also been dealing with a hamstring injury. He has been the team’s best deep threat with 289 yards on 19 catches to go along with two touchdowns. Allison had six receptions for 80 yards in a 22-0 win over Buffalo in Week 3.

CB Jaire Alexander (groin) was inactive Sunday, but practiced Thursday.

S Jermaine Whitehead (back) was inactive Sunday, but practiced Thursday.

WR Randall Cobb returned to practice on Thursday on a limited basis. Cobb has missed the past two games due to his hamstring injury. He has 17 catches in three games, including nine for 142 yards and a score in the season opener.
