DL Jachai Polite continued his breakout season with two sacks against Mississippi State. For the season, Polite has 18 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, two pass breakups and three forced fumbles.
Martez Ivey – Noteworthy
LT Martez Ivey will face a challenge this week holding off LSU 6-foot-3,301-pound junior DE Rashard Lawrence, who has 17 career sacks and three tackles for loss this season. Plenty of scouts will be on hand to see how the 6-foot-5, 306-pound Ivey performs against a future NFL defensive lineman.
