WR Chris Lacy was signed by the Lions from their practice squad Saturday (Dec. 22). Lacy spent training camp with the Lions and the first 15 weeks of the season on the team’s practice squad. He originally entered the NFL with the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State following the 2018 draft.
Dee Virgin – Noteworthy – Transaction
CB Dee Virgin was signed by the Lions from their practice squad Saturday (Dec. 22). Virgin returns to the active roster for the second time this season after spending the majority of the season on the team’s practice squad. He originally entered the NFL with the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent out of West Alabama following the 2017 NFL draft.
Deontez Alexander – Noteworthy – Transaction
WR Deontez Alexander was signed by the Lions to the practice squad Saturday (Dec. 22). He had been released by the Lions from the practice squad Dec. 14. Alexander returns to the Lions after spending time on the practice squad this season. He originally signed with the Lions as an undrafted free agent out of Franklin College following the 2018 NFL draft.
