Denver Broncos player notes for Nov 13th, 2018


Bradley Roby – Noteworthy – Injury
CB Bradley Roby will return to practice Wednesday after missing one game with an ankle injury.

Darian Stewart – Noteworthy – Injury
S Darian Stewart has been cleared to practice after missing two games with a neck injury suffered at Arizona on Oct. 18.

Gino Gradkowski – Important – Transaction
C Gino Gradkowski was signed by the Broncos Monday (Nov. 12). His contract had been terminated by the Jets Aug. 31. Gradkowski (6-3, 300 pounds) is a seventh-year player from the University of Delaware who has appeared in 53 career games (20 starts) with Baltimore (2012-14), Atlanta (2015) and Carolina (2016). He most recently completed in training camps with the Jets (2018) and Panthers (2017). Selected by Baltimore in the fourth round (98th overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft, Gradkowksi spent the 2015 offseason and training camp with Denver after being acquired in a trade with the Ravens.

Gradkowski started 37 games over three seasons at Delaware after transferring from West Virginia University. He saw action at center as well as both guard positions for the Blue Hens and was named a first-team All-American following his senior campaign.

Gino Gradkowski – Noteworthy – Transaction
C Gino Gradkowski was signed to add depth to the offensive line. Gradkowski hasn’t played in a regular-season game in more than two years but will likely serve as Connor McGovern’s backup.

Matt Paradis – Noteworthy – Injury – Transaction
C Matt Paradis, as expected, was placed on injured reserve and will miss the rest of the season. Paradis suffered a broken left leg and torn ligaments late in the first half of the Nov. 4 loss to Houston. Paradis had played 3,850 consecutive snaps to start his career entering the game against the Texans.

Matt Paradis – Important – Injury – Transaction
C Matt Paradis (ankle) was placed on reserve/injured by the Broncos Monday (Nov. 12). He will miss the remainder of the season.

Royce Freeman – Noteworthy – Injury
RB Royce Freeman is expected to practice this week and play Sunday at the Los Angeles Chargers. Freeman has missed the last two games with a high ankle sprain suffered at Arizona on Oct. 18.
