QB Baker Mayfield threw three first-half touchdown passes and a career-high four on the day against the Bengals. He completed 19 of 26 passes for 258 yards and quarterback rating of 143.9.
Damarious Randall – Noteworthy
S Damarious Randall had a present for his former coach during Sunday’s 35-20 victory at Cincinnati. Randall intercepted Bengals QB Andy Dalton in the second quarter with the Browns leading 21-0. The 26-year-old Randall raced out of bounds and handed the ball to Hue Jackson, who initially accepted the gift and patted his former player on the helmet before dropping the ball to the ground. Jackson was fired by the Browns last month after spending two-plus seasons as their coach, posting a 3-36-1 mark. The 53-year-old was hired by the Bengals as a special assistant.
Nick Chubb – Noteworthy
RB Nick Chubb had 28 carries for 84 yards and a touchdown in the win over the Bengals. He also caught three passes for 44 yards and a touchdown.
