Baker Mayfield – Noteworthy
QB Baker Mayfield was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week, the NFL announced Wednesday. Mayfield, who was the top overall pick of the 2018 NFL Draft, completed 27 of 37 passes for 284 yards and three touchdowns in the Browns’ 26-18 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.
Denzel Ward – Noteworthy – Injury
CB Denzel Ward (concussion) did not practice Wednesday. He was injured playing against the Bengals last week. He missed the two games prior to that with another concussion.
JC Tretter – Noteworthy – Injury
C JC Tretter (ankle) rested Wednesday. He has rested on Wednesdays since being injured Oct. 14, but he has started every game.
Larry Ogunjobi – Noteworthy – Injury
DT Larry Ogunjobi (biceps) did not practice Wednesday. He has rested on Wednesday the past few weeks, but plays on Sundays. He expects to play in Baltimore.
Tanner Vallejo – Noteworthy – Injury
LB Tanner Vallejo (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday. He was injured playing the Bengals.
