A.J. Green – Noteworthy – Injury
WR A.J. Green doesn’t expect to miss any additional time after injuring his groin during Sunday’s game. Green sustained the injury while attempting to make a leaping catch over the middle in the third quarter and did not return in Cincinnati’s 31-21 setback to the Carolina Panthers. “At first when I did it I didn’t feel anything,” Green said, via the Cincinnati Enquirer. “I thought the air got knocked out of me and then I got up and I was like, ‘This hurts a little bit.’ I didn’t feel anything pop or anything like that, so I should be fine. … Oh, yeah. I’ll be fine. I just fell awkwardly. I did the same thing in college.” While Green is confident that he will be on the field Sunday against the host Atlanta Falcons (1-2), coach Marvin Lewis said he wasn’t certain in his postgame remarks.

Andy Dalton – Noteworthy
QB Andy Dalton struggled in A.J. Green’s injury absence on Sunday in a loss to the Panthers, throwing a total of four interceptions as the Bengals (2-1) fell for the first time this season. “He’s the best receiver in the league and when you have him on your team and he’s not there anymore obviously it changes things,” Dalton said.
Josh Tupou – Noteworthy
DT Josh Tupou will likely see some playing time after the injury to second-year DT Ryan Glasgow on Sunday in the game against the Ravens. “If you watch the tape, Josh played like a beast out there taking on double teams,” Glasgow said. “He’s a big, strong guy. He’s got that Polynesian muscle. It’s almost unmatched genetically … His snaps will definitely get amped up. We’ll see what they do with the fourth DT spot.”
Ryan Glasgow – Noteworthy – Injury
DT Ryan Glasgow suffered a more serious injury, and he reportedly will miss the rest of the season with an ailing knee. He was carted to the locker room during Sunday’s loss, and Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reported that an MRI on Monday morning showed that Glasgow sustained a torn ACL. Glasgow was injured while trying to make a tackle on Carolina running back Christian McCaffery. “I just felt a pop and a burn and I knew it wasn’t good,” Glasgow said. Glasgow played a little less than half of the Bengals’ defensive plays in the first three games of the season. He recorded 11 tackles this season and had 23 tackles while playing all 16 games in 2017 as a rookie.
