*Ronnie Stanley – Noteworthy – Injury
LT Ronnie Stanley was not able to practice Wednesday because of a foot injury. He played with brace on his injured right arm against the Broncos on Sunday.
*Willie Henry – Noteworthy – Injury
DT Willie Henry (hernia) has a chance to return to practice this week, but was not available Wednesday.
Coach John Harbaugh said Henry’s availability for the Sunday night game against the Steelers depends on a positive prognosis from the team doctors. Henry had a breakout season in 2018 but has yet to play this year.
C.J. Mosley – Noteworthy – Injury
LB C.J. Mosley (knee) was able to practice this week, but he is still uncertain whether he will play Sunday night in Pittsburgh. “I’m just taking it day by day still,” he said.
“I’m trying to make sure I don’t rush it and re-injure it. That’s the main goal.” Mosley practiced last week and was “really close” to playing against Denver, but was held out of the game. Mosley calls plays for the defense. Safety Eric Weddle has taken over those responsibilities with Mosley out.
Hayden Hurst – Noteworthy – Injury
TE Hayden Hurst, a rookie first-round pick, practiced for the first time Wednesday since undergoing surgery Aug. 24 for a stress fracture in his foot.
Hurst had a solid training camp before suffering the injury and could be another effective weapon for quarterback Joe Flacco.
Janarion Grant – Noteworthy – Transaction
WR Janarion Grant was signed by the Ravens to the practice squad Tuesday (Sept. 25). He had been waived by the Ravens Saturday.
Jermaine Eluemunor – Noteworthy – Transaction
G/T Jermaine Eluemunor was signed by the Ravens to the practice squad Tuesday (Sept. 25). He had been waived by the Ravens Satursday.
John Brown – Noteworthy
WR John Brown had limited participation in practice Wednesday because of a non-injury related issue. He caught passes without a helmet or pads early in practice Wednesday.
However, Brown left the field when individual drills began. He leads the team with 222 receiving yards.
Justin Tucker – Noteworthy
K Justin Tucker was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week after converting two 52-yard field goals during the Ravens’ 27-14 victory against the Denver Broncos.
It’s the eighth time Tucker has won the award. Tucker made eight straight field goals of 50 yards or more. He has also made 36 field goals from 50 yards or beyond since entering the NFL in 2012.
Justin Tucker – Important
K Justin Tucker was named the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week after he connected on two 50-plus-yard field goals and three extra points in Sunday’s 27-14 win over the Denver Broncos.
Matt Judon – Noteworthy – Injury
LB Matthew Judon was able to practice Wednesday after he was helped off the field Sunday against Denver. He was listed as questionable with a hamstring injury leading up to the game.
Judon should be ready to go against Pittsburgh.
Michael Pierce – Noteworthy – Injury
DT Michael Pierce (foot) was back at practice Wednesday and will try to play Sunday night against Pittsburgh. “I plan on playing this week,” he said.
“My foot has been feeling a lot better. I’ll test it out today and see how it goes, but I should be able to play.” Pierce missed the first game of his career last week against Denver.
