James Hurst – Noteworthy – Injury
RT James Hurst (back) was ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Jaylen Hill – Important – Injury – Transaction
CB Jaylen Hill was returned to practice by the Ravens Thursday (Nov. 15) and remains on reserve/physically unable to perform. He is eligible to practice for 21 days at which point the Ravens can activate him, release him or keep him on reserve/PUP for the rest of the season.
Joe Flacco – Noteworthy – Injury
QB Joe Flacco (hip) was listed as doubtful for the Ravens’ game on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Flacco was injured two weeks ago against the Pittsburgh Steelers and did not improve as hoped during the bye week.
Kenneth Dixon – Important – Injury – Transaction
RB Kenneth Dixon was designated for return from reserve/injured by the Ravens Friday (Nov. 16). He is eligible to be activated to play immediately, but can practice for a maximum of 21 days.
Lamar Jackson – Noteworthy
QB Lamar Jackson was back at practice with the Baltimore Ravens on Friday after sitting out the day before because of a stomach ailment, and he might start against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.
That’s because starter Joe Flacco missed his third practice of the week because of a right hip injury he sustained two weeks ago against the Pittsburgh Steelers and is listed as doubtful for this week, even though he had the bye week to heal. Jackson, 2016 Heisman Trophy winner and the Ravens’ first-round pick (No. 32 overall) out of Louisville, has played in every game this season at several positions. He completed 7 of 12 passes for 87 yards and a touchdown, in addition to rushing 28 times for 139 yards and another score. Head coch John Harbaugh has not said whether Jackson or Griffin would start if Flacco can’t play, but he also has said that his starter could play without practicing if he is healthy.
Tim Williams – Noteworthy – Injury
LB Tim Williams (ankle) was ruled out for the Ravens’ game against the Bengals on Sunday.
