Chris Jones – Noteworthy – Transaction
CB Chris Jones was signed by the Cardinals to their practice squad Thursday (Nov. 30). Jones (6-0, 200) was released from the Cardinals active roster on Tuesday after playing last week against the Chargers. He has spent the majority of this season on Arizona’s practice squad after signing with the Cardinals on Sept. 3. Jones spent the preseason with the Lions after entering the league with Detroit in May as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Nebraska.
Jeremy Vujnovich – Noteworthy – Injury – Transaction
T/G Jeremy Vujnovich was placed on reserve/injured by the Cardinals Thursday (Nov. 30). While he would normally eligible to be designated for return and begin practicing after missing at least six weeks and playing in eight weeks, the first game he would be available would be the Super Bowl.
Will Holden – Noteworthy – Transaction
G Will Holden was signed by the Cardinals Thursday (Nov. 30). He had been released by the Saints from the practice squad Wednesday. Holden (6-7, 312) played in seven games (five starts) with the Cardinals last season after being drafted by Arizona in the fifth-round (157th overall) of the 2017 draft out of Vanderbilt. He was released by the Cardinals following the preseason on Sept. 2 and spent time on the practice squads of the Colts and Saints.
