KEY MATCHUP: Syracuse’s offense is fast, well-drilled and effective. Louisville’s defense has been woeful in recent weeks and the Cardinals have not been able to limit big plays for much of the season.
DRAFT SLANT
–OL Lukayus McNeil has the body that NFL teams are looking for. He’s a 6-foot-6, 318-pound senior who returned to Louisville after considering the NFL Draft last season. This season has been anything but impressive, however, as McNeil and Louisville’s OL have been inconsistent and unfocused. NFL teams will be watching to see how McNeil fares against Clemson’s fearsome front.
