GAME BREAKDOWN

KEY MATCHUP: LSU’s defensive front against Georgia’s offensive line. Tigers coach Ed Orgeron has said the Georgia offensive line is the best one LSU will have faced to this point. The Tigers’ defensive line has played well for the most part, but it has not been the dominant group they had envisioned entering the season. In order for LSU to pull off this upset, the defensive line is going to have to be special and out-play the Bulldogs’ outstanding offensive line.

DRAFT SLANT

–CB Greedy Williams is projected as a possible first-round pick next April if he bypasses his senior season. He has two interceptions, even though teams generally throw away from him, and he also has been solid against the run.

–G Ed Ingram, who would have started on the right side, is suspended indefinitely.

–LB Tyler Taylor, a backup, is suspended indefinitely.

–LB K’Lavon Chaisson (knee) is out for the season.

–TE Jamal Pettigrew, who would have been a backup, is out for the season because of a knee injury.
