GAME BREAKDOWN

KEY MATCHUP: The Georgia Tech defense has struggled to keep up with up-tempo teams. South Florida burned them, as did Clemson last week. Bowling Green is another up-tempo team that will try to force Tech to change its approach.

The key for the Yellow Jackets will need to find some rhythm on offense, grind out the yardage and control the clock. That will only be possible if they eliminate fundamental mistakes (the center-quarterback exchange, fumbles and missed assignments) that have short-circuited drives.

Prospects are good, since Miami (Ohio) ran for 289 yards against Bowling Green a week ago.
