The Philadelphia 76ers have agreed to a two-year, $10 million contact with veteran center Andre Drummond, The Athletic reported on Sunday.

Drummond, a four-time NBA rebounding champ, seemed to confirm the deal on social media.

“I’m in the mood for a Philly cheesesteak,” he tweeted.

Drummond’s commitment comes at a time the 76ers are hotly pursuing forward Paul George to team with star center Joel Embiid and standout guard Tyrese Maxey.

This will be Drummond’s second stint with Philadelphia. He played 49 games (12 starts) with the team in 2021-22 and averaged 6.1 points and 8.8 rebounds.

Drummond, who turns 31 in August, averaged 8.4 points and 9.0 rebounds in 79 games (10 starts) for the Chicago Bulls last season.

Drummond is averaging 12.7 points and 12.4 rebounds in 864 games (640 starts) over 12 seasons. He has averaged more than 10 boards per game nine times.

Drummond spent his first 7 1/2 seasons with the Detroit Pistons, and was an All-Star selection in 2016 and 2018. He also has played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers and Brooklyn Nets.
