The Miami Dolphins have agreed to a two-year deal with running back Jordan Howard, ESPN reported Tuesday.
The package is worth more than $10 million, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Howard, 25, has rushed for 3,895 yards and 30 touchdowns and caught 82 passes for 637 yards and two scores in four seasons with the Chicago Bears (2016-18) and Philadelphia Eagles (2019).
Last season, he rushed for a career-low 525 yards in 10 games (four starts) for the Eagles. He suffered a stinger in Week 9 against the Bears and didn’t carry the ball again.
Howard twice topped 1,000 yards with the Bears, including a career-high 1,313 as a rookie in 2016. He was a Pro Bowl selection that season.
Miami also reportedly reached a one-year deal with linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill, who also played for the Eagles.
Grugier-Hill had 98 tackles, one sack and one interception in 54 games (16 starts) in four seasons with Philadelphia.
