The Miami Dolphins have traded wide receiver Isaiah Ford to the New England Patriots, ESPN reported Tuesday.
The Dolphins will receive a seventh-round pick in 2022, according to the Boston Globe.
The Dolphins selected Ford in the seventh round of the 2017 draft. Ford has 18 catches for 184 yards in seven games (zero starts) this season. He does not have a touchdown in 16 career games while making 41 receptions for 428 yards.
The Patriots are strapped at the receiver position with Julian Edelman (knee) on injured reserve. N’Keal Harry missed last week’s game with a concussion.
