Alabama junior right tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. announced Saturday that he will enter the NFL draft.
The Crimson Tide got good news on Thursday when junior left tackle Alex Leatherwood said he would be returning to school.
Wills, a 29-game starter for the Tide, earned multiple second-team All-America accolades this season, including from the Associated Press, Sporting News, Walter Camp and the American Football Coaches Association.
He is considered a first-round talent, with The Athletic’s Dane Brugler last month rating him first among draft-eligible tackles.
“While he needs some fine-tuning, Wills has all the talent and upside to be a top-five pick in this draft,” Brugler wrote.
Wills was rated as the sixth-best offensive tackle by ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. in late November.
Several Alabama players still have decisions to make, including junior quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who is set to announce on Monday. Linebacker Dylan Moses, who missed the 2019 season due to a knee injury, will return for his senior year.
