Toronto Raptors forward Landry Fields underwent a minor surgical procedure Wednesday on his right wrist, the team announced.
The surgery, called an ulnar nerve release, was performed by Dr. Brent Graham at Toronto Western Hospital. Fields is expected to return to light basketball-related activities in approximately three weeks.
In 23 games this season, Fields is averaging 2.4 points and 2.2 rebounds. He has seen minimal playing time since mid-December.
The Raptors are at home to play the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday night.
