The Golden State Warriors signed guard Scott Machado from Santa Cruz of the NBA Developmental League, the team announced Wednesday.
Machado, 22, has appeared in 28 D-League regular-season games with Santa Cruz and Rio Grande Valley in 2012-13, averaging 8.9 points, 2.5 rebounds and 5.1 assists in 24 minutes. He also was with Santa Cruz during its first-round playoff series victory over Fort Wayne.
