A sprained left ankle will sideline Golden State Warriors swingman Andre Iguodala for at least two weeks.

Iguodala was injured with two minutes left in the third quarter of the Warriors’ 128-112 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday night.

Portland guard Damian Lillard undercut Iguodala while they were chasing a loose ball. Iguodala rolled his ankle on the play.

An MRI on Saturday confirmed the sprain.

“It’s a really big deal,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr said.

Iguodala stayed in the game to shoot free throws and then left for the locker room after the Warriors fouled to stop the clock.

“He got it good,” Iguodala said.

The 32-year-old Iguodala is averaging 9.8 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game this season. He had just returned Wednesday after missing three games because of tightness in his left hamstring.

Brandon Rush, Harrison Barnes and Ian Clark are expected to fill most of Iguodala’s minutes while he is out.
