
The Phoenix Suns reportedly reached contract agreements with shooting guard Sonny Weems and point guard Ronnie Price on Wednesday.
Weems will receive a two-year, $5.8 million deal, The Arizona Republic reported. Price agreed to a one-year deal for the veteran minimum of $1.5 million.
Weems has starred in the European League the past two years. Last season, he averaged 13.1 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists in Euroleague play and 11.5 points, 2.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists in the Russian league.
Price is a 10-year veteran who has played for six teams. Last season, he played in 43 games (20 starts) for the Los Angeles Lakers and averaged 5.1 points and 3.8 assists per game.
