San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker is scheduled for an MRI on his right knee, according to French sports daily L’Equipe.
Parker was injured in an exhibition game against Spain while playing for the French national team. The San Antonio Express-News reported the injury is not believed to be serious.
Parker was injured during France’s 85-84 loss, a game in which Parker scored 29 points but missed a three-pointer at the end.
The Spurs open training camp Oct. 1.
