The New York Giants will be missing running back Ahmad Bradshaw in Sunday’s game against Atlanta.
Coach Tom Coughlin said Friday that Bradshaw’s sprained knee, suffered last Sunday in a win over New Orleans, will keep the Giants’ leading rusher off the field. Bradshaw missed practices throughout the week.
In Bradshaw’s absence, rookie David wilson is expected to get his first career start. Wilson replaced Bradshaw last week and established a Giants record with 327 all-purpose yards. He also scored three touchdowns.
Bradshaw has 869 yards rushing on 196 carries and five touchdowns this season.
