
Texas A&M suspended starters Deshazor Everett and Floyd Raven as a result of their arrests in April.
Athletic director Eric Hyman announced Sunday that junior cornerback Everett will be suspended a half-game and junior safety Raven a full game for their roles in a fight that got them arrested April 30.
It is not immediately known which game they will miss.
Everett and Razor were charged with misdemeanor assault and criminal mischief after allegedly hitting two men in the face at an apartment complex in College Station, according to police reports.
The two players were suspended from the team in July.
—USC coach Lane Kiffin said he will play two quarterbacks in the Trojans’ season opener at Hawaii on Thursday.
Kiffin said Saturday neither Max Wittek nor Cody Kessler distinguished themselves in competing for the starting spot.
Wittek and Kessler are both redshirt sophomores, but Wittek did start the final two games of last season when Matt Barkley was injured.
