Ravens TE Boyle suspended for 10 games

Baltimore Ravens tight end Nick Boyle has been suspended for the first 10 games of the 2016 season after violating the NFL policy on performance-enhancing substances, the NFL announced on Friday.

It is the second time Boyle has violated the policy. He missed the final four games of last season due to a similar issue.

Boyle, 23, will be eligible to participate in the offseason workouts as well as preseason practices and games, the NFL said. His suspension is without pay and begins upon the start of the regular season.

Boyle caught 18 passes for 153 yards last season prior to the first suspension. He was selected in the fifth round out of Delaware.
