Quarterback Caleb Hanie is expected to sign with the Baltimore Ravens, ESPNChicago.com reported Monday.
Hanie presumably will compete with Tyrod Taylor to be the backup for Super Bowl MVP Joe Flacco.
Hanie was the third-string quarterback for the Denver Broncos last season. He was inactive most weeks, playing behind Peyton Manning and Brock Osweiler.
Hanie started four games for the Chicago Bears in 2011 after Jay Cutler was injured.
