Quarterback Chad Henne agreed to a two-year contract to stay with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Friday.

Henne, 28, has thrown for 5,325 yards with 24 touchdowns and 25 interceptions since signing a two-year, $6.75 million deal with Jacksonville in 2012.

Henne’s 3,241 passing yards last year was the first time a Jaguar has thrown for at least 3,000 since David Garrard in 2009.

In the final five games last season, Henne threw nine touchdowns and five interceptions.

Henne is 5-14 as a starter with the Jaguars after spending his first four NFL seasons with the Miami Dolphins. He was 13-18 as a starter with Miami.
