The Detroit Pistons signed rookie guard Darrun Hilliard to a contract Monday.

Terms of the contract were not disclosed, but the deal is reportedly for three years.

The Pistons also announced that they have re-signed guard Reggie Jackson and center Joel Anthony. Earlier this month, Jackson agreed to terms on a five-year, $80 million contract and Anthony agreed to a two-year, $5 million deal.

The 6-foot-6 Hilliard, who played at Villanova, was drafted 38th overall by the Pistons last month. He averaged 9.4 points and 2.6 rebounds in the recently concluded NBA Orlando Summer League.

Hilliard averaged 11.4 points and 3.0 rebounds in 132 games at Villanova. Last season, he averaged 14.3 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists.

The Pistons acquired Jackson from the Oklahoma City Thunder at the February trade deadline in a three-team deal that also included the Utah Jazz.

After starting just 13 of 50 games for Oklahoma City, Jackson started all 27 games he played for Detroit. His per-game averages rose in all major statistical categories following the deal: from 12.8 points to 17.6, from 4.3 assists to 9.2 and from four rebounds to 4.7.

The Thunder’s first-round pick in 2011 out of Boston College, Jackson played 3 1/2 seasons in Oklahoma City before moving to Detroit.

“We’re pleased to have reached an agreement with Reggie Jackson that will keep him with the organization for multiple years,” coach Stan Van Gundy said. “Reggie is a team-first type player who developed great chemistry with our core players following his midseason acquisition. We feel he has a tremendous future ahead of him and he’ll be a major contributor to our team moving forward.”

The 6-foot-9 Anthony came to the Pistons in an October trade with the Boston Celtics for Will Bynum. In 49 games for Detroit last season, Anthony averaged 1.8 points and 1.9 rebounds and shot 58.1 percent.

Anthony is an eight-year NBA veteran who’s expected to be the Pistons’ third center next season behind Andre Drummond and Aron Baynes.
