New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski has been officially ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Gronkowski’s unavailability is not a surprise after he suffered a knee injury in last Sunday’s contest against the Denver Broncos. It is not yet clear when he will return to action.
Receiver Julian Edelman (foot) has also been declared out.
Receiver Danny Amendola (knee) is listed as questionable, as are linebackers Jamie Collins (illness) and Dont’a Hightower (knee).
