The Green Bay Packers signed second-round pick cornerback Quinten Rollins and free agent rookie offensive lineman Andy Phillips. The team also released second-year defensive tackle Luther Robinson.

Rollins was selected out of Miami (Ohio), while Phillips went undrafted out of Central Michigan, where he started 43 career games – 38 at left guard and five at center.

Robinson was signed as an undrafted rookie in 2014 and was signed to the active roster from the practice squad on Oct. 2. He played in five games before being placed on injured reserve.
