Green Bay Packers running back Cedric Benson will miss the rest of the season after undergoing foot surgery, head coach Mike McCarthy announced Thursday.
Benson had been the Packers’ Injured Reserve after suffering a Lisfranc injury at Indianapolis. He ran for 248 yards on 71 carries with one touchdown.
Running backs James Starks and Alex Green will continue to share time at running back.
