Notre Dame quarterback Everett Golson has been cleared to practice following a concussion in the Stanford game, the school announced Wednesday.
The sophomore passed concussion testing Tuesday, and is expected to start Saturday at home vs. BYU.
Golson was knocked out of Saturday’s 20-13 overtime victory against Stanford late in the fourth quarter. Backup Tommy Rees took over and helped the Fighting Irish stay undefeated.
